All properties are added to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), exposing the property to over 5,000 local Realtors. We advertise our Annual Rental Listings with the same marketing strategy. Our Annual Rental Listings stay on the market vacant on average less than 60 days.
• Tenant Selection: The prospective tenants are thoroughly screened with a rental process that includes: an application to rent form, verified income, employment verification, landlord references, a credit report, and a criminal and public records (evictions) report.
